4 rounds, including peers, supporting function head and LM. All through online meetings. One interviewer was late, and shifted locations several times for a 45-min interview. He was in his car driving with his family, then entered a restaurant, and the interview got interrupted again as he had to order the food... Not a very pleasant experience to be frank.

If you were managing an ice cream store, how would you increase your digital presence?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Google (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2019
Interview
The coordination took some time. I did my first phone interview with an HR executive at first. After a month and half some another HR called me to re-interview me. It was smooth. I really enjoyed talking to her. She was challenging with her type of questions and detail oriented. Got to the third round. It got too technical and I didn't do my best. Hopefully one day:) . I've been applying to Google since 5 years and everytime I learn from the process, and come stronger, faster & wiser.
