The interview was mostly interpersonal, very little technical questioning. I found it to be reletively low stress. I am not sure how common this experience is, I would prepare to be asked more hard hitting questions.
irst, I applied online. A recruiter reached out after reviewing my resume and set up a quick call to talk about my background and the role. After that, I had an interview with the hiring manager. Once that went well, I went through a round of 3–5 interviews with different team members. They asked about my skills, how I work with others, and how I handle challenges. Then a separate review team looked over all the feedback.
