Google Associate interview questions

I have applied for position of product associate and had interview over the phone. First they were late for one hour. I though it was because of time zone difference but the girl told me that she had some work to do? not so professional. Interview passed good and she told me that in one week I will have interview with potential boss over the phone. After 3 days I got an email that after thinking I was NOT SUITABLE FOR POSITION OF MARKETING MANAGER...???? I wrote an email that I did not apply for that position which required things I did not have but I have never got answer back...pretty strange and not profesional..

I submitted an application for an associate position in Dec '10 through a very senior employee. Six months later (yes, 6!) I received an email requesting an informal phone conversation. Skeptical of just how informal it would be, I prepped like mad. The call was very short and, surprisingly, very informal. Recruiter said I was not a fit for the position I had applied to back in December, but my resume contained experience relevant for another group (real estate & facilities). There were no openings at the time of the call. I was told my resume will be kept on file.
