The interviewer was calm and composed and guided me through the interview process with patience. I had a pleasant experience with Google. I would recommend going for apprenticeship roles if you are looking to switch roles.

Question 1
If you are the CEO of an event managing company in Bangalore and you are tasked to organise a product launch event. What will you do?
The interview process at Microsoft usually starts with a quick chat with a recruiter to go over your background and see if you're a good fit, followed by a technical screen (often online) where you solve coding or role-specific problems. If you pass that, you'll move on to a virtual or on-site interview loop with around 4–5 interviews in one day, covering technical skills, problem-solving, and behavioral questions using the STAR method. You’ll also have a final “as-appropriate” interview with a senior leader to assess leadership potential and cultural fit. If all goes well, the team reviews your feedback and, if you're approved, you'll get an offer. The whole thing can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to over a month, depending on the role and scheduling.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google (Hyderabad) in Jan 2024
