It started with a conversation via email. After around 5-6 replies, they invited me to a video call. The video call lasted for 20 minutes, the person was interested in what I was saying but in the end I did not get any offer.

recruiter reached out to me on Hired. We setup initial phone screening. Asked me basic questions like work experience, salary expectations, etc. And then declined saying that I do not qualify
