The interview process consists of three rounds. The first two rounds are technical interviews focusing on power electronics knowledge and project-specific skills. Behavioral and technicals detailing interest in the company, aerospace, and past work. Very tailored to your background digging into past work experience and technical skills. Overall study the company and its work to be very prepared.
Simple technical/behavioral interview. Answer with STAR method and with more leadership and behavioral questions. Most technical questions were fitted for the job description rather than random hard to remember questions.
