Proceso muy largo, además de que solo entran personas recomendadas por personal interno, literal puedes tener muchas certificaciones y alta experiencia pero alguien con apenas la carrera terminada es aceptado si está recomendado (existe un bono cuando se recomienda a alguien)

Interview
Behavioral and technicals detailing interest in the company, aerospace, and past work. Very tailored to your background digging into past work experience and technical skills. Overall study the company and its work to be very prepared.
Simple technical/behavioral interview. Answer with STAR method and with more leadership and behavioral questions. Most technical questions were fitted for the job description rather than random hard to remember questions.
