Interview
There was on-campus recruiting, and then an on-campus interview. GE personally called me to set up an interview time. Their on-campus interviewer was very polite and friendly. There questions were behavioral based and not very challenging. I heard within a week and a half whether I would make it to the second round of interviews.

Interview
Behavioral and technicals detailing interest in the company, aerospace, and past work. Very tailored to your background digging into past work experience and technical skills. Overall study the company and its work to be very prepared.
Simple technical/behavioral interview. Answer with STAR method and with more leadership and behavioral questions. Most technical questions were fitted for the job description rather than random hard to remember questions.

Hirevue - two rounds with video responses and short answer questions. Should hear back after the second one pretty straightforward with mostly behavioral questions and interest in the company and their products
