The hiring process is completely behavioral. I would recommend attempting to find documentation online or through a University resource center that has tips for this style.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at GE (Cincinnati, OH)
Interview
Behavioral and technicals detailing interest in the company, aerospace, and past work. Very tailored to your background digging into past work experience and technical skills. Overall study the company and its work to be very prepared.
Simple technical/behavioral interview. Answer with STAR method and with more leadership and behavioral questions. Most technical questions were fitted for the job description rather than random hard to remember questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe overcoming a challenge and how you did it.
Hirevue - two rounds with video responses and short answer questions. Should hear back after the second one pretty straightforward with mostly behavioral questions and interest in the company and their products
