Interview
Applied online and received request for phone interview approximately three weeks later. Phone interview consisted of basic interview questions including those about my resume. About one week later I received a call asking me to come in for a personal interview. Interview process was a bit repetitive considering I met with three sets of two people who all had basically the same questions. Overall, not a bad experience very nice people but a bit unorganized in their hiring process at this specific location.

Interview
I applied to the job on a university job posting site. A couple of weeks later, I received an email about setting up an interview. The interview was on-campus for about 45 minutes. The interviewer asked behavioral questions (typical ones...describe a time when you had to work on a team, etc.). We chatted and then he offered me the position on the spot.
