Short starts with HR then with the hiring manager. You get call from the HR for first screening then F2F interview. Later an interview with the hiring manger who has the final decision.
All day interview. Building tours. Met people. Nice people. Old operations. Lots of waste. Very safe operations. Long drive out. In the middle of nowhere. Cafeteria was okay. Hiring manager was cool.

Behavioral with one technical question. HR and Technical lead interviewed. Very relaxed environment, they were super friendly and interested in learning about you. The questions were your standard HR questions you find when googling. Technical question was straightforward and nothing too complicated.
