Applied online and got the interview. Easy interview, was 45 minutes with behavioral questions so it was straightforward. 1 rep from HR and another from process department. Got the job after 2 weeks of doing the interview.

There was no formal interview. i simply walked into the recruiting office and asked if they were hiring for my specified craft. When the told me yes i submitted my resume and verified years of experience in craft. Then I moved on to drug screening and employment process.

There is a 3 step process to be selected in fluor.
1. Written= Is a comprehensive type of exam where you are provided with a question booklet conatin 10-15 ques. Each contain 2 marks each and provided with 40mins to complete the exam.
2. Technical interview= All the ques in exam booklet given are discussed to know you depth in the topic.
3. HR interview= They try to judge your personality and you capabilities, how you are useful for the firm.
