I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ericsson (Bengaluru) in Sep 2021
Interview
The interview process was good. Three rounds. Two technical and one HR. The first round was more of a casual talk and the interviewer was a really kind lady who asked me about my experiences, projects and the technologies I've worked with. The second round was with a senior engineer who asked me a couple of data structure questions and an aptitude question. Both of each where pretty easy.
