Interview
1. Apply and keep calling the recruitment consultant working at Experis or manpower until you get to speak to them. stay on the phone and wait for ever before they actually come. Explain to them why u think u are a better fit for the role as they generally have no clue.
2. Optionally, if there is a need to meet them, you will have to go to their place and have a chat with them for ½-1 hour where it is typically behavioral analysis.
3. You will have to take up an online pattern matching type of test. Something that basically tests that you are a high school educated human and not a bot. =)
4. Get above 90%ile to hopefully get a call from the hiring manager in ericsson for interview setup.
5. interview at Manger's location, they pay for your transport if you are not from the workplace.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Technical stuff mostly sticking to your CV.
Tell me about yourself
Why you want to move to Ericsson.
Why you want to leave your current company?
what are your strengths and weaknesses?
What would you do in case there is a conflict with manager? (& u might think, this would never happen, wait until you get recruited =), there are some in there who are desperate to prove your wrong ). - i go to HR , is not the right answer, though the internal process suggests you do exactly this. :)
lastly, can you find an apartment to live in the city? Its no joke, swedish housing market is a mess, so better have a definite option so that the employer is not liable to house you until you find one.
Basic SWE trivia about different processes. A few things on the resume, and the standard tell me about yourself questions. Both interviewers were cordial and professional. Good experience over all.
It was a really well-managed process. There were 3 steps, first HR, secondly technical interview and finally with line manager. I explained my experience and technical skills mostly and they asked related questions.

They asked me about Angular and object oriented related questions.
Very bad, only one interview whitout any technical question they said they will introduce the team structure and then ask me a code question, but they didn't ask question then leave, and the interview is not finished they said an excuse then leave
