long and annoying. you have a test that is at best 5th grade level but it was time consuming. then you have a one way interview. yes one way. you are answering questions you read. on camera. being recorded!!! for 13 dollars an hour. its awful.

Thorough interview, asked basic customer service questions, both negatives and positives. Went over job expectations and duties/ tasks that are to be completed. Manager went over expectant hours for a part time position.
