I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Durham, NC) in Jul 2025
Interview
The interview process moved quickly. After applying online, I got a call from a recruiter for an initial phone screening. It focused on my background, interest in the company, and availability. Then, I had a virtual interview with a branch manager. It was conversational but structured.
They’re very big on personality, communication skills, and how you handle tough situations. The vibe was professional but welcoming. I appreciated how transparent they were about the role expectations and career path.

Interview
There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Interview
Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
