An initial screening call where they reiterated your experience on your CV
Approx 30-40 minute teams call asking about sales, customer service experience etc. - fairly detailed email saying what they are going to ask
The interviewer seemed quite uninterested - like they were going through a set script

very unprofessional, and left me standing around for hours when they were meant to be showing me around as a "branch Visit". Mid-interview manager asked another colleague to bring in his vape and laughed about it. Very unprofessional and did not give a great representation of the company or branch.

Great, applied online with an application form. Then received an email to schedule a video interview, first round was friendly, open relaxing. Starts with video interview, then if successful you have a branch visit to meet the team and interview with branch manager.
