Interview
Interview mainly focused around customer service and whether you have sufficient experience working with loads of people/customers. Asked generic questions like when have you shown leadership and teamwork etc. In order to pass just mention every moment/role/job that required you to work and actively engage with customers.

Not bad at all. They want to see that you have some ambition and confidence. Basic questions about leadership experience, sales experience, how you've handled tough situations in the past, etc.

There were 3 rounds the first was easier the last one. That one was much more thorough and a little bit more challenging for certain questions. I felt a bit stumped, however they were all fairly aligned with the typical interview questions. Overall good but just be prepared

Smooth and took about 2 weeks to complete. They're really interested in your ability to work in a fast paced environment and your ability to deal with an irate customer. It's a sales job after-all.
