I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Was emailed to schedule a phone interview. Scheduled and did that, it was more of an overview of the position rather than an interview. Then was told there would be a 2 hour job shadowing interview as the next step. Went to that and for over an hour absolutely no one came in to the store. Learned that others in the position I was applying for were simply just moving cars around other stores, determined this is not the job for me.
I had three rounds of interviews with different managers for various locations. The recruiter who reached out was super nice and friendly. It was a typical interview process where they ask you about your experience and qualifications. The questions per round were similar.
Excellently straightforward and kind recruiters make the job appealing and worth the investigation! Completely worth the time and effort into learning how the career path may pan out with hard work and dedication!
