I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Applied online, got an email the next day asking to we up a phone interview. Phone interview was short and easy, wanted to know about sales experience, and three characteristics of my management style, after that set up interview to meet with recruiter about 2 weeks out. Interview with recruiter similar to phone interview, they do want you to stress out how good you are at sales since you will be mostly upselling insurance coverage among other things. After recruiting interview went to interview with area manager, almost same questions as the ones the recruiter asked me. Passed that interview and went over to interview with area VP of sales, which was a very short interview, basically he stressed out again how a sales drive is important to succeed and move on with the company. Got offered a job two days after last interview.

Tell me a little bit about your leadership style? What's your major weakness?
I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Toronto, ON)
Interview
More conversational than a typical interview style making it much more in depth and interesting. As a candidate you also get to know how the person across you made it to where they are now, using the same trainings you would eventually learn.

Question 1
What would you do differently than other potential candidates to become an amazing MT.
It was an average difficulty interview with the most standard, basic questions. The interviewer had a deadpan, annoyed face and looked and sounded like she didn't want to be there. I didn't prepare for it and didn't pass, but I don't think most people will have a problem if they just prepare beforehand
Over the phone, Called me from a headhunter and talked about the role and asked if i was interested, then a 30 minute conversation with a recruiter at the branch to see if i was a fit, then in person
