I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility
Interview
Phone interview was very basic. They really want you to be confident because with out confidence you can't sell and this is mainly a sales job. The you interview with an area manager and they ask a lot of questions about why your experience will make you a good erac employee and how you plan on selling and handling difficult situations. If the area manager likes you you go to the RSVP for you last and final interview and that is the most difficult. He makes it very stressful and gives you a lot of scenarios and see how you would handle those situations. You will have no idea how well you are doing until the end and he will tell you if he is interested.
