I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Tempe, AZ) in May 2026
Interview
Very cold, structured, and straightforward. The questions asked practically had little to do with the role but more about life choices - VERY weird. But the feeling right from the start seemed like the recruiter went straight to bombing the interview for me.
Basically was a personality test rather than a test of knowledge, experience, or accomplishments; but also felt a little too personal and interrogative when affirming I am on the job market, how many places did I apply, with who, and what the positions were.
I have almost 10 years experience as a manager and probably conducted over 100 interviews myself, so immediately this one was a red flag from the start. I toughed it out just in case.
I was also a GM for their competitor so I generally know how their business works, but since having been in car rental business, there are other achievements I've made with other companies that were quantifiable and ambitious, as well as transferrable skills to help 'know-the-business' on a financial/performance based level.
Basically, I could already do the General Manager's job (all over again - since I was a GM in the car rental business already).
Not salty because I don't need the job per se, but more so wowed at how bad the process was and how borderline offensive the questions became as the interview progressed.

Interview
The interview was lasting 3 minutes and was abruptly ended by the interviewer. I was not happy about this. I was not asked any questions from my side. Please do not apply to this job.

Question 1
How would you see yourself progress in this career?
I applied online. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility (Middletown, KY)
Interview
Process was pretty straight forward. Had first interview with the recruiter, second interview was with the area manager, received an offer after via phone. Interviews were at different locations so planning was a little difficult if you don’t know the area.
There are three interviews. The first one was with a recruiter, the second one is in the stores and the third one is with the big boss. I didn’t get to the third interview. They seemed desperate for people and that was a red flag to me.
