Poor process, the Screening rep was not aware of even a single information about the role itself and gave me no answer to the questions. Agreed that many of my skills match the role and seems like a good fit, other than the fact that they would pay less. Just heard back that it didnt go through after 3 weeks of chasing.

There were 4 rounds: HR screen, marketing director interview, take home assignment, presentation, offer. The take home assignment was very extensive, I would recommend EY compensate their candidates for their work.
