ECC interview questions

Basic interview process that took less than 2 weeks to complete from initial phone screen to offer. Would’ve been better to understand that ECCs corporate team were all contract employees.

I had a phone interview with a senior employee. It went well and he told me that i will be called on-site. After continuous emails, the on-site was scheduled 2 months after the phone interview. The interview was very casual, there were 4 employees present there and asked me few general questions. They got back to me after a month of the interview saying they chose another candidate. It was a waste of time for me.
