The interview process didn't follow a normal competency model – it was more of a conversational style trying to understand my work experience – both from customer perspective and leadership – and also exploring ways of working. It did feel more informal compared to other interviews but the questions were still specific and fruitful in building a detailed conversation. The recruitment team and interviewers were all professional and very helpful throughout the whole interview process. They all gave me a really good impression of the company.
