Interview
The process consisted of an Online Application, multiple online tests, followed by a telephone interview and if you were successful invited back for a career day before being offered a position.

Why E.ON? Why the Graduate Programme? What are E.ON doing differently to their competitors (marking wise)? What are the current issues facing customers? Think of time where you have had to adapt to negative feedback you have received. Think of a time where you have had to adapt to an unexpected change to a situation/project. Think of time when you have gone out of your way to delivery something to a customer.
