I applied online, then there was a cognitive test, then I was invited for a 'catch-up' call, after which I did not go to the assessment centre. They are transparent about the timescales in which the results of the previous stage can be expected. The interviewer seemed inexperienced and illogical. The feedback after the interview was given, but the reason for rejection remained unclear.

You get the result on the assessment day, that's very great; overall the process could be long, from October application, to Jan/Feb for the assessment day. But I was updated for each round with follow-up. Therefore have a feeling they are very people-person that consider candidates' feeling and keep transparency
Erst psychometrischer Test, dann HR Interview und anschließend Assessment Center. Sehr transparent durch den gesamten Prozess hindurch, offen für Fragen etc. Insgesamt eher aufwändiger Prozess, aber die Transparenz über zukünftiges Gehalt, Ablauf und co. vermitteln Respekt für die aufgenommene Zeit.
