I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at E.ON in Oct 2016
Interview
I applied online.
The online application includes work based scenarios questions.
After which there's an online test which includes verbal reasoning, numerical reasoning and a diagrammatic test.
I didn't manage to finish the verbal and numerical reasoning but the pass rate seems quite high.
2 weeks later out of the blue I was told I got progressed to the telephone interview page, a HR representative (the interviewer) called me to arrange a interview date.
I was told the interview would take approximately 45 minutes and competency based interview.
Given the questions that were asked, 45 minutes seems redundant as I completed in 20 - 25 minutes.
The last question of the interview was a technical question/related to the field of the graduate programme.
The one crucial thing I found after the telephone interview was all areas of competency E.ON is looking for are largely based on a PDF published for applicants
Overall the process took 3 weeks.

Question 1
What are the main challenges E.ON/ industry faces?
How do you think these challenges can be resolved?
Hi there, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. With regards to the length of the interview, we like to make sure we dedicate enough time for the telephone assessment to allow for candidates to ask any questions or elaborate further if they wish to. Thank you again and all the best for the future.
