In house interview at E.on - focused (obsessed) with great customer service. give examples. final phone interview which was more challenging as they needed asked fro other examples of customer service. examples can be repeated.

I sent in my CV to the recruitment agency who contacted me a couple of weeks later for a telephone interview. I passed this and was offered a face to face interview at the office, once I passed this I then did another telephone interview, this time with E.ON themselves, and was given the job.
