I applied online. I interviewed at Docusign (Chicago, IL) in Feb 2021
Interview
1st round: Recruiter call (30 mins)
2nd round: Hackerrank, 3 questions, time was VERY less compared to the questions.
3rd round: 4 hour long interviews. 1st interview was with the Product manager and a QA engineer. 2nd and 3rd were with 2 engineers, 4th was with Director of Engineering. Lot of behavioural and technical questions. One technical interview had a specific questions whereas the other tech interview started with specific question and once I was done with it the interviewer randomly asked me questions about various concepts.
I received a reject email the next day.
The process was super quick. I liked talking to everyone, recruiter, tech team, Director, etc. The only thing I didn't like was I wasn't given a feedback. After investing so many hours and so much time, feedback would have been really helpful. Also, I thought that my interviews went great but guess not.

Question 1
Signed a NDA (Glassdoor should probably remove this as a mandatory field)

Interview
Interview process is very long...Total wasted about 8 hours of my time to get a rejection letter. After 2 phone interviews and a hacker rank, I was invited to the virtual onsite which was 4.5 hours. I thought I did well but still did not receive an offer. And on top of that, received an email saying they do not provide any feedback. So there's no feedback to go by to see how I can improve. Overall, I'm upset that I wasted 8 hours of my time interviewing with them only to get back a rejection and NO feedback.

Interview
I applied online and was contacted a few days later. Overall the process took about 2 weeks.
The interview process was a great experience. The recruiter (Sam) that contacted me was very helpful and supportive throughout the entire process ensuring all my questions and concerns were answered.
The process involved an initial phone screen followed by a virtual interview consisting of 3 interviews that covered topics such as algorithms/data structures, system design and full stack development concepts.
The questions asked were relevant and practical and the interviewers were a delight to work with. The interviews felt more like a challenge you were trying to solve together rather than a stressful interrogation.
