Did a phone interview and get rejection the next day. I am a bit surprised as the question is not hard, and I did an executable bug-free run. The interviewer chat with me for 20 mins afterwards. I have interviewer experiences as well, I would use the time to work with candidates if bar is not reached. Overall, I have no idea about the rejection reason and do not like the interview experience.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2020
Interview
Referred through a recruiter. Took about a week to get the interview. Was 2hrs, broken into two each with one interviewer. Got a zoom link and used a code sharing site to do coding exercise. One half was technical second half more tell me about questions. After being in the industry for > 10yrs and working for great companies. Let's talk about what ones has done and dive deep into that and understand why they made the decisions they did.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA) in May 2020
Interview
Straightforward (phone and onsite screen). Very responsive recruiter. The virtual onsite process was seamless.
All the interviewers were very friendly and put me at ease throughout the interview. The phone screen results were shared within an hour and the onsite results were shared within a day.
