I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Docusign
Interview
Applied through the career site. Was reached out by a recruiter to fill out a questionnaire. Phone screen with recruiter 3 separate times, interviews with hiring manager and 4 separate team members, final KO deck assignment, and then a panel interview presenting the KO deck. Up until the final step, the conversations weer pleasant. Though this whole process was painfully and dreadfully long, 1.5 months to be exact. The communication the whole way was that the final step would be more an assessment on how you would respond to random questions, situational and behavioral. However this was not the case. It was essentially an extremely uncomfortable hazing session for the interviewers to act as "bad clients" berating you for 45 minutes. Questions asked were very technical and data driven. All of which as a candidate you would not have the answers for. With little to no guidance and direction, it would be impossible to do well in the final step.

Question 1
typical PM questions; how I normally coordinate with my team
Had a 30min call with recruiter, with the recruiter reaching out to me. Follow up was 45 min interview with hiring manager. First off, I was interviewed by another Senior PM (contemporary) in the same team because the hiring manager was not available and second, I was given a design exercise about a Docusign feature , with no prior notice regarding this. This was not expected.
