I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Docusign (San Antonio, TX)
Interview
I echo the previous reviews when saying My experience interviewing with Docusign is among the worst Ive had to date. The recruiters are incredibly unresponsive and provide no feedback at all. It’s disheartening, I put in a lot of time and effort to prep and to not receive any feedback or aknowledment of my multiple follow up emails is tasteless and rude.
For a company that has such positive reviews from those who work there I expected more out of the recruiting process.
Common courtesy would be appreciated especially during these tough COVID times.
Thank you for the feedback. If you are open to it, please reach out to Nic Jagoe our VP of Talent Acquisition at Nic.Jagoe@docusign.com. She would like to hear more about your experience.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Docusign in Apr 2020
Interview
I have had many recruiters from DocuSign reach out to me via LI for close to a year now, so I finally agreed to a recent message from one asking if I had interest in the company. Once on the phone screen, without exaggeration, I could not understand a word the recruiter was saying - her voice was so soft and she talked so incredibly fast my head was spinning. I have never in my 10 years of sales had this issue with not understanding what someone is saying. I'm shocked I made it to the next step, as I wasn't sure if I was answering her questions or not - it was a lot of guessing on my end. This wasn't exactly what I'd be expecting from a recruiter. First red flag (how could a company hire someone to be the first touchpoint of their brand and have them sound so unprofessional?) She also didn't have any preliminary information about the job, and when I asked how the company is handling COVID-19 (something that most would like to know if they are considering making a move right now), she had no response. She sent me to another recruiter who took 2 weeks to get back to me with a date and time that worked for her for another interview (same as first recruiter interview, but this recruiter at least knew more about the role and company). After that, I was sent on to a Hiring Manager. Had a great conversation, which went over the allotted 30 minutes (I've interviewed a lot of people in my lifetime, and I have never once spent more than the allocated time with people I don't plan on pushing forward) with the Hiring Manager, who said they would share a positive review to move me to the next step. That was over 2 weeks ago. Crickets since then. Not even a rejection letter (if in fact, they are even rejecting me). Kind of assumed if I was rejected, I'd get an automated reply. All things considered, once I do hear back (if I do, rather), I have no interest in moving forward with this company due to this messy and unprofessional process. I would've expected more from a company like DocuSign, and it bums me out that this was the experience I had.
We are very sorry to hear of your experience. If you are open to it, our VP of Recruiting, Nic Jagoe, would be interested in hearing more. She can be reached at Nic.Jagoe@docusign.com.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign
Interview
- Phone interview
- F2F with hiring manager
- F2F with regional director
- F2F with Regional VP
Very odd process. Offered the role verbally in F2F, was told I would hear from recruitment with offer. Heard nothing for two weeks despite multiple mails. Followed up directly with regional director following day hear back from recruitment over email, that they offered it someone else.
I requested a phone call from recruitment for feedback to which they ignored me.
Waste of time.
