Initially had a screening call with a recruiter, and he moved me to the next step, where I had 2 one-hour zoom calls with the hiring manager and another PM. Up until this point, everything was great. What really set me off is the lack of response after that. I interviewed on a Monday in the first week of November, and I was promised to have feedback the same week. I waited until Friday that week, still no response, which I understand, because everybody is busy and things happen, so I thought I will wait till the following week. Then the following Monday nothing, Tuesday still nothing, on Wednesday I sent a follow-up email and got no reply, I sent another follow-up on Thursday, total silence. I understand if I'm not your top candidate and you are not moving me to the next round, but the least you can do is to send an update email or maybe even an automated rejection email would do.

Question 1
Typical PM questions about experience and product design.
Thank you for the feedback. If you are open to it, please reach out to Nic Jagoe our VP of Talent Acquisition at Nic.Jagoe@docusign.com. She would like to hear more about your experience.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2020
Interview
Applied online through their website. Had an initial screen call with the recruiter followed by a few behavioral interviews. The process was VERY seamless and the recruitment team was quick with follow-ups and scheduling. Overall, interviews with the members of the hiring team were smooth. Everyone I interacted with was really nice and with an easy going attitude. It's clear they have a very collaborative culture and everyone speaks highly of the company. All of my interviews were Product Management behavioral/situational based questions. The more technical one briefly probed on my technical knowledge of the application's landscape, but nothing too deep.

Question 1
- Tell me about a time you failed? How did you handle it?
- What is your favorite thing about XYZ technology? What is your least favorite?
- Tell me about yourself?
- How do you prioritize competing requests against limited resources?
- In what order would you rank your skillset?
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2020
Interview
1, 30 min call with a recruiter
1, 45 visio call with the hiring manager
1, onsite panel of interviews (6-7 different people), composed of stakeholders the role would be set to interact with (dev, design, product, business) which included working on a case study and presenting it
All the people I interacted with were super sharp and had really high EQ. Professional and probing for the right skills, they made my interview experience super positive.
At the end of it, they wanted someone with more B2B experience, ready to take on a more senior role. I am glad I went through the process, it was an enriching experience without a doubt.
