Docusign Product Designer interview questions

The interview processes consists of multiple rounds including meeting various people, portfolio reviews and an in interview design challenge (not take home). Its rigorous, but it helps you get to know the team and I had a great experience with everyone I interviewed with and with the Recruitment team - Aimee and Brenna were fantastic and always kept me in the loop which I really appreciated! Overall, a super positive experience.

For starters, I interviewed during the pandemic, so the entire interview process was done virtually. The interview process began with a 1:1 with the direct manager and director, then moved into a portfolio review, next were 1:1 with each team (engineering, design, research, product), and ended with a Design Challenge which was INCREDIBLY fun! Given that the entire interview process was virtual, I feel that I was able to get a great pulse check for what the team was like. Now that I've started, I'm working directly with those individuals from other teams that I interviewed with, which makes it that much sweeter since they were the ones I was asking the questions too. Overall, incredibly well done interview process, everyone came prepared to interview me and allowed me to interview them back! It may have been slightly nerve racking being on a call with 12+ individuals doing a portfolio review via zoom, but I'd say it was probably the most fun portfolio review I've done in quite some time.
