Docusign Manager interview questions

A recruiter reached out about my application and we had a good first conversation and interview. She answered my questions and it seemed like a good fit. She then told me the salary range, which was extremely low for today’s market and this type of position. I told her that probably wouldn’t work, given that it would be a large cut in pay for me. She came back later and said they may be willing to go higher and that I should meet with the hiring manager next, which I agreed. That was a month ago. Total silence from the company since. No follow up or communication of any kind.
