Interview
Several process steps where you get asked the same questions over and over again. Sometimes even by the same people, where I wonder why?
While I spoke to 5 different people, and always got lengthy positive feedback, I didn’t get an offer. This in itself is okay, but the way the message was delivered was shocking.
A mass Mail without a proper explanation.
After having put 10-15 hours in several Interviews, a case study and a role play, it was very shocking and from my point of view very unprofessional!
Would definitely not recommend this company from my experience.
