There were two steps to the interview process. The first was a call with the HR rep. It’s a preliminary screening about your background and also info about the position itself. The second was two groups of two current employees. One group of employees in the current role and the other group was a mix of upper management. Overall, the easiest and best interview process by far. I had interviewed with other software/tech companies that were either confusing about the process or just drawn out for no reason.
