I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (New York, NY) in Oct 2021
Interview
A recruiter reached out for a quick phone screen. I was then passed onto a second recruiter and had interviews with the hiring manager and VP.
Honestly, I was not too impressed with the management team. They both seemed very negative about what life is like at DocuSign. I can always appreciate an open and candid conversation but I certainly walked away from both interviews feeling like these people are clearly not happy in their roles, why would I want to join that?
The VP interview was weird, didn't go on camera even though it was Zoom. Honestly felt like it was a giant waste of time. I got an automated rejection email a few days after the VP interview.
I asked for feedback from recruiters but no response. There was no chance I was taking the role after the VP convo but it would've been nice to hear why they didn't want me or if there was something I could improve upon.
