      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Docusign (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2021

      Interview

Recruiter did screen, then passed me to hiring mgr. Next came a one hour team interview. The last interview was mostly just an informal discussion with the hiring manager to see if I was interested to join.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA) in May 2022

      Interview

A complete farce. Process lasted 2+ months with several instances of no contact for weeks at a time. I made it to the final round of interviews but was told I needed more experience and that another role would be a better fit.... Flash forward, I interview for that role (which I'm overly qualified for) I had to follow up for several weeks to hear back on the 2nd opportunity only to be told there was no place for me in either role now... This is after I received "great" feedback from the interviewers and recruiters (emails to prove it). I was left with no feedback and no explanation as to why I was passed over after 2 + months of interviewing for multiple roles.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

I was given a verbal offer for the second job which was pulled from me when I followed up. We talked comp, RTO, 90 day expectations.

      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (Detroit, MI) in May 2020

      Interview

From start to finish the interview process was professional and appropriate for the role. After an initial chat with the recruiter to determine potential fit, I was then guided through a variety of conversations with team members, other leaders, and peers. I had the ability to ask questions and uncover details with the leadership, as well as individuals in the role I was interviewing for. Having context from a variety of levels was helpful and reiterated the strong culture at DocuSign. After the conversations I gave a presentation to the team on a fictional use case as this makes sense for the role I was interviewing for.
