As a whole, the interview process went extremely well. However, what ruined it for me was occurred following the interview process. After sending multiple follow-up emails and being ghosted for about a week or so (mind you I had complete this almost an additional 2 weeks ago), I finally received a no response. To ghost someone and not even acknowledge their follow-up emails , especially after the onsight interview, is a horrible practice. Regarding the interview process, it followed as such: I was first contacted to complete their New Grad Software Engineer interview. The online assessment was a 3 question hackerrank with a 90-minute timeframe. Since I was able to answer all three questions, I was invited to talk to a hiring manager for the team about the given role in the company. The talk went well and I really wanted to work there following that discussion. Following the initial phone talk, I had a 4 person onsite interview with some interesting questions ranging from coding to problem-solving. Overall, I thought I did extremely well on most of the problems. The questions range from basic algos questions to debugging. In the end, I didn't receive an offer.
