DocuSign has one of the best onboarding processes. Lupe Leon (recruiter), she is very professional, always gives updates on what will be the next step. The process started with the initial phone interview, scheduled 1:1 meeting with the hiring manager. Followed by panel interview from Analyst to Sr. Director of HR Ops to VP, IT Enterprise Application, and back to the Hiring Manager and then Reference Checks. Definitely, I will apply and look for the next available opportunity at DocuSign.
