I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign in Jun 2020
Interview
Great process. Selena and Emily were wonderful and did the initial screening and scheduling. Great communication throughout. I met with the hiring manager and several team members. I also participated in a mock QBR. Very professional process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They mostly asked about my experience and good questions to get to how I think and work. The mock QBR was a good exercise and very interactive.

Interview
During the call the hiring manager seemed distracted and didn't really listen to my answers. He seemed to try to check a checklist rather than listening to my answers. I would want to be able to expand on my background more but I was cut at multiple points.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign in May 2020
Interview
After applying online I received an invitation to connect with the recruiter by providing my availability through Calendly. Had a positive 30 minute conversation with the recruiter, basic phone screen, and was told I would be moving on with Hiring Manager XYZ.
Received an email from a no-reply email address saying I was no longer being considered for the role. Something seemed off so I emailed the recruiter asking what I could have done differently. A few hours later I received a voicemail from the recruiter, she had mistaken me for someone in a different requisition with a similar name. We are still moving forward, she is coordinating time. If I hadn't emailed her, she likely wouldn't have known the difference.
I again provide availability through Calendly to connect with a hiring manager. We have a great conversation, but they are looking for more XYZ industry-specific experience for this particular role. However, their Customer Success team is growing significantly so I'm told I will receive another conversation invite with the recruiter or a different hiring manager.
That was five weeks ago. Complete silence since then from everyone I've connected with so far, despite multiple connections of mine who are current employees reaching out on my behalf. Meanwhile roles have come and gone at the organization that are in-line or junior relative to my experience.
