Deloitte Tax Associate interview questions

Initial "get to know you" screening interview with an HR person mostly checking for skill and personality fit. At the next step, I visited the office (they flew me out and accommodated me with a hotel). Prepare for a long day as you will be bombarded by 4-6 people, including lunch with associates.

I applied online, they contact me for interview one day after. Besides the interview, there is also an online assessment which contains 40 questions and 1 short essay, need to be completed within one hour. The online assessment was quite tough, mostly testing for numerical and reasoning, the short essay asking "Challenge you faced during college and how to overcome it". The interview is one-to-one with a HR Staff, done within 30 minutes.
