Deloitte Strategy Manager interview questions

I was interviewed by two much younger people who seemed quite junior. I’ve been working in the industry for a decade and was asked a super basic question which signalled they’ve learned design research in business school, but have not worked in the research industry. I didn’t feel my skills or approach would be appreciated here, and heard it was a proposal mill, so decided to go with another company. They also recognized we weren’t a good fit - at least they got that right :)

I have been invited for an interview and although HR mentioned that they will get back to me irrespectively of the result, they ghosted me. I never received an update. Disrespectful behaviour to a candidate is translated to disrespectful behaviour to employees.
