Deloitte Software Engineer I interview questions

I went through 4 rounds of interviews. The last one was with the managing partner which also went well. No response within a week from the last interview, so I followed up - still no response. Gave it another week and sent a follow-up email to the recruiter again, got a very generic response that my application is trending in a positive way and they will circle back. A month went by, haven't heard anything back so I sent another follow-up email and was ghosted this time. Waste of candidates' time if they can't even communicate if it's a rejection, alto on the application dashboard it still says the application is in process....

Having 1st Interview with HR and ghosted. Recruitor ask you to introduce youself, and few questions about basic technical skills about Programming language and its framework, database, caching that you frequently use.
