Online exam was conducted after a workshop, which was a day long process and had case study presentations . Based on that they shortlisted people and after a week or, so they conducted the personal one on one interviews.

It was a two stage interview. First the managers interview which also serves as the panel interview. Then the partners interview. Ideally, it is mostly brief. it can be one or more partner.

Interview
Overall, it was a good experience. Suggest preparing well and being honest to align with the company’s values and long-term goals. The questions vary depending on the role probably. Also suggest preparing your own questions, those are always important.
The interviewer was nice. Mostly bq questions, it was a 60 min back to back. The overall difficulties is around three out of five, and contain a question section at the end,
