Interview
I submitted my resume through an online recruiting channel for the Federal Analyst position. I also attended a webinar organized by Deloitte. I had a first round phone interview, which is what the following questions are from. The interviewer jumped right into 5 behavioral questions, no general "tell me about yourself" etc.

Tell me about a time you had to use negotiation skills.

3 steps (CV, phone screening, group case study during business day, final assessment with behavioral interview and 2 individual case studies). At the end, partner interview, which was right at the end of the last 2 individual case studies.
three interviews the same day with different level of hierarchy. They ask relevant questions related to the position and there is unless questions such as "3 strenghts and 3 weaknesess"
