Interview
I got contacted by an external recruiter, Deloitte found my CV interesting and I was invited to a test on site. I had to first perform an online test with 400+ questions at home (mainly personality) and then a test on site (a typical Hudson type test for numerical, logical and verbal reasoning). I started with the logical computer test and HR came into the room to kick me out. It seems my answers were not to their standard and they even did let me finish the test nor have the personal interview. The worst and most rude selection process I have ever had. I joined another Big4 and I am progressing in my career,

Computer based test, typical numerical, logical, verbal reasoning.
Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
