There is a first round of Technical round, after clearing then Director round and the final Partner round.
Technical round is more on which domain you have worked
Director and Partner is more on how you have managed the team and what your strengths and weaknesss

Other than 9-6 job, what have you contributed to the organization
Had multiple rounds, mostly behavioral. Initial screening by a sr Mgr followed by 2 rounds with other Sr managers and 1 final round with a Partner.Had a pleasant experience with all of them, did not encounter anything tricky. Case study was quite straightforward.
